Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and manuals.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:

Items missing accessories or packaging

Customized, clearance, or final-sale products
How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Inspection and Refunds
After we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your replacement item once the return is confirmed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
